A duel is announced between Russian Gadasin and Polish Holowczyz just like Saint Petersburg. On the Italian side, Colombo with Ciampolini, Codecà and De Angelis are the most feared adversaries. The increasing number of bikers and quads ensure a great battle and spectacle. Rickler himself on the only truck present completes a world cup formation -. 114 entries are for sure a positive result for this event. The total list of cars included 43 vehicles for FIA competition and the Italian Championship Cross Country Rally, 8 for Suzuki Challenge and 7 for the trophy of Italian Offroad Federation. 18 bikers, 37 quads and the only truck of Renato Rickler Del Mare, who complete a great formation, really interesting for fun. CARS. All the "bigs" of the FIA International Cup for Cross Country Bajas are present: let's start from the actual champion, the Russin Boris Gadasin (Nissan) and his most reliable challenger Krzystof Holowczyc, (also Nissan) surprinsing winner of the Northern Forest Baja at Saint Petersburg. Absent are the emirs, who were at the Hail Baja in Saudi Arabia. That demonstrates that the international formula needs some corrections in order to bind more strongly the various "regional" components. Attention needs to be payed also to Belgian Erik Loomans (Mercedes) and Dutch Tonnie Van Deijne (Mitsubishi). ITALIANS. The usual fierce company with the champion Riccardo Colombo challenged out again by Roberto Ciampolini, Lorenzo Codecà, Alessio De Angelis and so on. Challenge also between the most qualified teams; Mitsubishi Ralliart/R-Team (with a show of super means) and Suzuki/Emmetre Racing. BIKERS. Last years 9 partecipants, this year 18, exactly the double. Bikers like the new formula of Italian Baja, with its long tracks, various and exacting, of a clearly rallystic style : no more traps on the river bed, that were dangerous to the bikers. Once again the point of reference will be Nicola Dutto (Suzuki), from Torino, winner in 2006 and 2009 editions. QUADS. More and more numbers of the four wheels bikers: they guarantee battle and spectacle. Czech Josef Machacek will not be present this year and a forecast is open to a lot of solutions, with a podium aimed by Italians, foreigners and also by outsiders. CAMION. No rivals for Rickler, but the manager of Ralliart proposes again a heavy truck to Italian baja, just like at world cup, letting the optimists dream of the champions' atmosphere.
